DEVELOPMENT DRAW

As the draw date approaches the Committee would sincerely like to thank all those people who gave of their time to help raise the funds required to secure the Sport NI grant. Given the poor economic future these grants are surely to become a thing of the past. That’s why we were so determined not to allow this opportunity to slip from our grasp. Without the extraordinary effort of the men and women of Glenullin we would not have reached our goal. Thank you!

HOWEVER…… we still have a full week to collect money. There is a chance for us to surpass every other club’s total and to prove to others once again why we are a unique community. Could everybody please make themselves available for the coming week. We will be selling up to 6pm on Saturday 17^th. Also if anyone has money collected could they please ensure it’s with the club on Wednesday night?

Our Chairman, Martin Mullan, was presented with the Presidential Award by the Ulster Council, for his outstanding contribution to his club and Gaelic games in general. This is a very prestigious award for Martin on a personal level. We are very lucky to have such a dedicated (and modest) Chairman, who leads from the front and cares only about the future of your club. Well done Martin.

Draw night!!

Make sure you are wearing your lucky socks, pants or shoes this coming Saturday night, 17^th, as the Development Draw comes to a close with THE DRAW!!  We have music in the bar and later in the hall as we celebrate the conclusion of 6 hard months work.
