Glenullin GAC notes.

 

CLUB MEMBERSHIP.

 

Please note that all membership is now due. It is essential that all members pay for this. Compared to other clubs this fee is substantially lower and is needed to go towards the high cost of insurance. If you are not a club member you are not insured. You can give your £20 to any committee member.

 

 

Dinner Dance.

 

The annual Dinner Dance is booked for the Bushtown Hotel, on Saturday, 25^th February. Tickets cost £20 per person. Tickets can be obtained from the club.

 

Club 180

 

Please note payment for the coming year is now due. Please make cheques payable to “Friends of Glenullin”. The next draw will be held on the night of the Dinner Dance.

 

 

Seniors.

 

A bus will be leaving the community centre on Sunday morning at 8.30am for Dromore, Co. Tyrone. The Ulster League game is at 11am. The bus will then travel to Omagh for the Derry V Tyrone National league game. Anyone wishing to catch the bus is more than welcome.

 

Minors.

 

Minors will continue their training on Monday nights in Ballerin. Reports are very positive as they head for their first match away to Claudy on Monday 20^th February at 7pm. Please note this match will be played on Claudy’s training pitch.

 

Under 14’s.

 

The boys will continue to train at 7pm on Thursday nights and 9am on Sunday morning. They had a decent run out against Limavady on Sunday past.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE BOYS ARE EXPECTED TO PAY THEIR £1 FOR EACH TRAINING SESSION EVEN IF IT IS OUTSIDE.

 

Fundamentals.

 

The fundamentals are well under way again after the Christmas break. Eoin would really appreciate the full support of all parents at these classes, especially the Tuesday night session. You do not have to be an expert, you could collect the money are just help reset the equipment and go around with the different groups. REMEMBER THE FUNDAMENTALS IS A HUGE BENEFIT TO YOUR CHILD’S GENERAL FITNESS AND WELL-BEING. THE MORE ADULT HELP GIVEN THE GREATER BENEFIT TO YOUR CHILD.

Circuits.

 

Just a reminder that Eoin’s circuit classes are running each Monday, 9.30-10.30 and Wednesday, 6.30-7-30pm. Cost is £3 per class.

 

 

REMINDER

 

NO CHILD UNDER THE AGE OF 16 IS PERMITTED IN THE GYM.

 

 

SCOR.

 

The semi-final of the Scor will take place on Sunday 26^th February at 5pm in Swatragh club with the finals been held the following week. Venue to be decided.
